- After project commencement: Refunds, if applicable, will be adjusted based on work completed, materials procured, and services rendered.

- Design and consultation fees
- Permits, approvals, and third-party charges
- Materials already ordered or installed
- Labor costs incurred up to the cancellation date
3. Cancellation by Dream Home Solutions
Dream Home Solutions reserves the right to cancel or suspend services due to:
- Non-payment or delayed payments
- Breach of agreement terms
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control
In such cases, charges will be calculated based on completed work and incurred costs.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days through the original mode of payment or as mutually agreed.
5. Project Delays
Delays caused by regulatory approvals, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events do not qualify for refunds.
6. Modification of Services
Changes or modifications requested by the client after project commencement may affect timelines and costs and are not eligible for refunds.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes related to cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the terms outlined in the project agreement and applicable laws.
